How to display a hyperlinked image in 1 column when the image url and hyper link are in 2 columns?

Hi,
I have a url for an image in column 1. I have a hyper link url in column 2. I would like to display the image in column 1 and use the hyperlink from column 2 to link the image to an external url.
How do I accomplish this task?
