Custom DataTables Development

Looking for someone who can custom configure a DataTables install on a new site to allow me to pull xml data from an API query of a third party database (that requires authentication) and then return that data into a DataTable formatted in a standardized way across the site with various datasets from different API calls. There will probably be multiple different API queries on the site, so something generic that could be easily edited inside the code for the different API calls/output formats (different column names) that will be on each table would be just fine, and probably preferred. Would also be open to a customized plugin that would allow for those different API calls and column names being entered in as the table is being designed. The API queries need to be run each time the page loads which would then populate the table so the data is up to date as of the time of the page load.
