Table size jumps around as it loads

I'm using Datatables to help filter a table that is loaded using Smarty PHP. When I open the page that contains the table the pagination, sort and CSS will take about 4-6 seconds to load. So the user will see a list of 5000+ entries for a few seconds and then the pagination and style will load. Is there a way to force the style and row number to load sooner? Is there a cache options?

I like how clusterize.js works. https://nexts.github.io/Clusterize.js/ I don't see this huge list of rows.
