Hi,
When I use a select2 field as the first field in an editor instance, it is working fine on the create dialog. But when I open the editor.remove dialog, the select2 field is rendered on the screen (out of the modal, top left border) - no other field is rendered, just the first field - even if I use multiple select2 fields. When I move another field (non select2) to the top, the remove dialog is rendered fine. Looks like even on remove dialog, the first field gets the focus.
Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

That sounds like a bug in an old version of the Select2 plug-in. Could you possibly try the plug-in code from here? If that doesn't work, could you give me a link to the page so I can debug it please?
