Rows not aligning with headers in IE and firefox

Hi all,

I am having an issue where I have vertical scrolling turned on and the column headers are not lining up with the data (IN IE and firefox). I have tried the suggestions on the forum as well as Allan's ( https://datatables.net/manual/tech-notes/6) but still no dice.
