Hide column: Colvis + responsive integration

Hello again :)

I think that maybe this is a bug related to the integration of both extensions. I will use the same example

a.- Column not hidden inmediately. Steps:
1.- Click on + button of one row.
2.- Click on Column visibility button and deselect Office column.
3.- Office column is still visible for the expanded data. You must collapse it manually.

b.- + button not working properly when all columns with class="none" are hidden. Steps:
1.- Click on Column visibility button and deselect Office column.
2.- Try to expand the hidden data of any row, clicking + button.
3.- + button has been replaced by - but nothing else happens. Maybe + button should disappear when none column is collapsed.

c.- Column not shown inmediately. For this case it is neccesary to have at least two columns with class="none", so I can't reproduce it with the same example. New example: here. Steps:
1.- Click on Column visibility button and deselect Office column.
2.- Click on + button of one row.
3.- Click on Column visibility button and select Office column.
4.- Office column is not visible for the expanded data. You must collapse it and expand it again manually to see it.
