Accent neutralise Plugin

Hello, I am writing about this plugin. Thanks in advance for your work!
I am using this plugin and I think I found a bug or I am doing something wrong.

This plugin works correctly with text plain data, but if this text is under <a href=""></a> tag I think it doesn't work.

Do you know this issue? Do you know any solution?

if you search «é» in a text where all «é» are converted to & eacute; you can't expect it to work without adding a proper index in the neutralise function
