Fixed header and footer, with individual column searching

Hello,
I used Jquery datatable with HTML DOM element. I have included features like, searching by all columns, as well as individual column, sorting, paging, state save. Here Fixed header does not work when I added Individual column searching. When fixed header is 'on', searching text box takes one charecter of input and focus is lost for text box. I searched around the web, dint get any resolution.
Please help if any solution for this.
