The issue was pointed out in 2014 with TableTools, but the discussion is long closed, and I couldn't find a fresher thread:

I am using Responsive 2.1.0 and Select 1.2.0 and the behaviour is exactly the same:
"make the window small enough to show the Responsive control and then the row is selected as the control is toggled."

Is something wrong with my setup? Or is this the expected behaviour?
