Srolling vertical when fixing nth left columns is wrong in IE 11.

I have a table, maybe 2000 rows and 15 columns
I fixed the first header th rows, and 3 left columns,

Running in Chrome is smoothly, but in IE, I have 2 troubles relating this situations

- Due to large of numbers of rows, it informed "local host is not responding"

After waiting for 30 seconds the table returns OK, fixed 3 columns and locks first rows.
When I use mouse-left to scroll bars, it run as I want.
But when focus on left table, and use mouse-middle to scroll.
- Left side scrolls but right side can't.

Please support me 2 above troubles
