Horizontal Table Scrolling vs. dynamically making the columns adjust?

Hi - I have a table here: http://www.vegfestwindsor.ca/2016-sponsors/ and I don't like how you have to horizontally scroll to see the last column info. If I de-activate the "allow horizontal scroll" button, then the words on the last column cut off. Is there a fix for this? Thanks
