Need to always show the scrollX

Hello, I have a tables with a lot of columns and I want there's a horizontal scroll (scrollX) to always show even there's no data..
So I can make the header of the table look more clean without a stacking header..

What I need supose to do to achive that ? maybe I need a fixed width of column ?

ANy response apriciated..
