Can a screenreader read the data table column name along with the cell value?

question

I am using NVDA. I have a data table with 5 columns and many rows. The second column name is "Age".
There is a value 10 under the column Age (say in the first row).
The screen reader is reading it as "10 Column 2". Is there any way I can get it to read as "10 Age"? I am using scrolling for the data tables.
Please help.
