How to manipulate a table after a user reorders columns using ColReorder?
The existing callbacks don't seem to work (rowCallback, drawCallback, preDrawCallback, …). DataTables used to have a colReorderCallback, apparently (see here). It's not working and there's no mention of it in the latest documentation, though.
