How to have a blank header take the same amount of width as a word

So,
I have a column called Action and so the column would normally take the width as the word. But now i dont want the name of the column to be Action. I just want it to be blank but now i lose the with . Even replacing the word with ' ' six times doesnt give the same amount of width. Any idea how i can fix this.
