"Cannot read property 'i18n' of undefined" when loading datatables.editor.js

Hi,

I have been playing with the editor tool and had a simple application working with it, then it suddenly started giving this error on load. I do not think I have changed anything that would cause an issue in the loading order of files. In fact, it is almost like it stopped working over night.

I can PM a link to the code if needed.

I am working mainly in Chrome, but noticed that it gives a different error in Firefox with the same file on load.
TypeError: f[y0] is undefined
