Strange error on table opening.

This is my first attempt with datatables and am getting a strange error when the table opens with the returned values which I cannot figure out. I literally don't know what it means.

Can I get some help here?

It also appears that the table is not filling with the number of rows returned by the query...possibly to do with the error that I am getting.

I attached a screenshot of the error

I have some other issues but they can wait to get this fixed.
