Get dynamic column with ajax data

I am facing some issues to integrate datatable with my site. " How can I use pagination, search and data loading via ajax with each other." I have checked your examples but if I take all data at once pages are loading very slow and if I use post data examples "I am not getting dynamic column." I am not sure how I can use both method at once.
