search cells which contains links : I want to ignore tags and search inside them : how ?

Hello,

I use the accent neutralise function to modify the default search function and I discovered that the search function is disturbed by <a> links : when I populate a column with text with links (like <a href="something.php?query">some text</a>), the search function does not works well. I want that the search function completely ignores links and consider "<a href="something.php?query">some text</a>" exactly as "some text".

How can I change things to have the search function works well to search INSIDE <a> tags ?
