Its not really something that the Editor PHP / .NET libraries were designed for I'm afraid. It is possible to edit data which is left joined from two tables at the same time (by including the primary key for the joined table's row in a hidden field), but inserting into two tables at the same time from a single form is not currently possible with the pre-build libraries I'm afraid. That would require some custom code on the server-side.
