Using Scroll - horizontal and vertical in combination with 100.000 records

Hi,
I have a page where I use scroll horizontal and vertical. I have 100.000 records. When I load the page I get multiple popups where the browser asks me if I want to stop the script. If I click continue about ten times, the table loads and everything works fine.
When I only load the table without the scrolling everything works perfect.
Is there something I can do, to stop JS from crashing/running out of time.
