Is it approviate for double border between thead and tbody?

Hello,I'm a Chinese developer.It is disterbing when I user this with bootstrap theme. double border between <thead> and <tbody> makes it much different with other borders. I try set it with my own style,but it failed. I guess it is formed after my style. So,where can I modify the border?
