I would like to know how can i put my own header like the information about my school and footer which are the signatures of authorized persons. Thanks in advance.

    Use the customize option of the pdfHtml5 button type. There are a few examples.

    You'll also need to refer to the pdfmake documentation as that is the library that is doing the PDF rendering and thus defines the API.

    You can if you want. It is legacysoftware and I don't support it any more though.
