Change sortable for column.

Hello. I have datatable with deferLoading:0. Can I cancel sorting by click on thead of table until user will not press button "Request" which redraw table. I mean, I don't want to get sorting when page is loaded and user didn't press button "Request", just clicked on top of the table with sortable colums.
