Error on Zebra date picker and others plugins

I am getting several errors:
- dataTables.bootstrap.min.js?body=1:6 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'defaults' of undefined
- dataTables.responsive.min.js?body=1:25 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Api' of undefined
- Uncaught TypeError: $(...).Zebra_DatePicker is not a function
I guess ther JS plugins also not loading
Why is this happening?
Does DataTable plugin taking control over the $ variable which is why I no longer load any other plugins?
