regarding multi_filter_select getting 'jQuery' is undefined

Hi Team,

I am trying to check multi filter plugin by downloading (https://datatables.net/examples/api/multi_filter_select.html)
//code.jquery.com/jquery-1.12.3.js and https://cdn.datatables.net/1.10.12/js/jquery.dataTables.min.js and the javascript. when I lunch in java script I am getting 'jQuery' is undefined for script jquery.dataTables.min.js.
Any help on the same.

I am using weblogic 10.3.5 to runt the test application. also I want to place dropdown in the header column, or one more row below the header column
