Printing in Chrome or Edge results in just lines

This continues to be an issue:

I can print in FireFox and IE 11 but Chrome and Edge only gives lines (I can see a a "print preview" behind the actual print preview that does have the data).
I've attached a PDF of the results. (see link for attachment)

Even here? It appears to work okay for me with Chrome 55 Win and Edge (current).

Thanks allan, I did not think to test that. It appears that does work, so now I need to track down what could be wrong with my code...
UPDATE:
Turns out it was a CSS issue, front-end devs were hiding the rows (or something to that effect) inadvertently.
