How to "plugin" row processor to pagination actions

How to "plugin" row processor to pagination actions

I have a custom button on a column header to toggle the "hidden" class of data rows with certain class. But it seems the "hidden" class toggling only applies to the currently displayed page, not to the whole data grid.

If I navigate to the next, previous or a different page, the target rows do not have the "hidden" class set / unset as expected.
Looking at the DOM in the browser, it only has the rows of the displayed page. It does not have the rows of pages that are not currently displayed.

Wondering if I can apply "hidden" class toggling to the whole data grid, or if I can "plugin" some kind of function call to the pagination actions.

Thanks
