Paging disabled, KeyTable enabled, page up/down keys pages anyway

Hi

I've disabled the paging and enabled the KeyTable extension. When I press the Page Up or Page Down keys, the datatables moves to the next page. If I'm at row 1 and press Page Down I will be moved to row 11 and the first 10 rows disappears.

Is this a bug or by design?
I can prevent it by limiting the key to listen to and just listen for tab and arrow key.
Any other way to disable the page up/down paging functionality?
