Bootstrap 4 Alpha 6 Support

It seems that Bootstrap 4 Alpha 6 is not yet supported. The latest on the styling section https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap4.html seems to be for Alpha 5.

Is there a timetable for Alpha 6 support?

Seems like some of the changes may be small. I see in the dataTables.bootstrap4.js it references col-xs-*. The -xs no longer exists and should reference the -sm.

Yup - not too many changes required. I've committed them here. They will be in the nightly shortly, and in the next release version.
