Delete rows and Load State

Hi guy's,

I would like to know if this is possible..

I have this table, that when is filtered, I need to delete it's rows that were hidden and save it to the local storage so that when I need the data or to load a table with the new data, it's already filtered.

Other thing is if there is a way to trigger the loadstate of a table to get the state from the localstorage. Since there isn't a load, what can I use without refreshing the page? Or mostly, without ajax since I'm trying to avoid it..
