Priority Support is basically a paid service promising support on an individual level with the developer of Datatables that expires after so long. Most problems I've encountered outside of an enterprise setting can be addressed in the Community support by myself or other forum users (as well as the developer) but the Priority Support seems oriented towards catering to any Urgency and resolving severe technical issues.
To get priority support you must have support credits.
Yup - the support packages can be purchased on the support page.
The supporter packages do not include priority support. Happy to refund you the purchase if you like.

I believe in supporting packages such as your as they save me lots of time and effort and at 75 that can be important.
