For DataTable 1.10.11 where can I find fixedColumn.css plugin.

I am getting error after I changed my data table version from 1.94 to 1.10.11 and the error shows me fixedcolum.css file is missing. Because of that I am not able to see my datatable on the page. I changed required changes in syntax for DataTable 1.10.11.
