TableTools 2 is not saving files

I've tested TableTools 2 on Firefox and Chrome on linux and it works fine, but when I try to export table data to CSV on IE/Firefox on Windows, the save dialog appears and when I click on Save it doesn't save! Maybe a security issue?

I'm also having this issue, save dialog opens but is frozen and closes after a few seconds.

Are you by any chance using the buttons in a 'collection' (ie. the dropdown button list)? There is an issue with IE there - IE will loose the external function bindings... I'm working on the fix right now, and about to commit it to github. It will be in the next release.
