Individual column searching (text inputs) problem

Hello.
I hope someone can help me. I m not javascript expert but I work in hospital and I try to create database for our documents in hospital. I m try to use Individual column searching (text inputs) example and its work fine with just one problem. Can I modify javascript so only first and second column have text inputs search option, other columns must have Individual column searching (select inputs) option. Is this possible?
