PDF button is loading all the time - doesn't working + centering buttons

Hi guys, I have a problem with PDF button on DataTables 1.10 - it doesn't make any file, it is just loading all the time.
There appears only "loading animation" (rotating circle) and it doesn't stop. I have all the tags - flash, buttons, pdfmake... I used 'pdf' and 'pdfHtml5', none of them is working. Can somebody help me in fixing that?

The second thing is how I can center the div with buttons? (img is in attachments)
I don't want to use this dom JavaScript property, can I do it with css?

I'm getting the same error with the PDF button where it just seems to load endlessly after I click on it

Thanks! I had previously been using the following site as an example: https://datatables.net/extensions/buttons/examples/html5/simple.html

I used your example, and it all seemed to work once I changed the order of the JavaScript files that were included on the page to match the order in the example. I'll keep that in mind from now on.
