what's the different between fnDrawCallback and drawCallback?? Do they work in the same way?

They are the same thing - the Hungarian notation ( fnDrawCallback ) is the legacy version while the camelCase (
drawCallback) is the one you will find used and documented on this site (apart from old forum posts).More information available here.
