Display DataTables Fast

Hello,
we are using datatables in our application to display data. Now we are facing difficulties because of following reasons :
- we have big size off data to manage.
- we need to apply multiple criteria as search option

what we allready did took a lot of time to display and it is not really confortable for user.

If somebody can help with suggestion or examples ...
