add static column

I have two files.
a. submission_log.php
b. employee-grid-data.php

  i want to add a column named 'Action' and action column contain a edit button link.

i tired a lot and unable to find anything appropriately.

i am attaching my two files as i mentioned above.

columns.render is the way to create a hyperlink in a td cell.
