Flash overlays buttons

Hi, I'm having difficulty displaying the buttons as the flash overlay blocks them. Is there a way around this? I'm using Sinatra to serve up my pages and that is where the problem is, otherwise the static pages appear fine. I'm guessing it's somewhere in the CSS but unsure at this point.
