Excel export download issue on Android 7+ mobile

On clicking export button, a link will appear in an alert box from where I'm able to view the excel sheet. But on clicking download button it says "download failed due to an unknown error". I got the same issue while opening data table demo link. https://datatables.net/extensions/buttons/examples/html5/simple.html

I'm not sure why that is happening yet. I'll post back in the original thread when I find something.
