I'm using uploadMany for loading up several images to a record, it works fine but I need to add a description to each image. Is this possible, using uploadMany field type? If not, what do you recommend me to do?

Currently no - the upload many field type doesn't allow for any user input meta information at this time. That would require a custom plug-in I'm afraid.
