Licensing and Full Documentation?

So I have a license that was purchased on another account (IT purchasing). Can it be reassigned to my account?

And it says "access to full documentation". The documentation seems to be the same on both accounts. What is the Full Documentation?

Hi,

I've sent an e-mail to you regarding the licensing and multi-licensing information.

The full documentation refers to the fact that the Editor reference documentation is not complete for accounts which do not have an Editor license - specifically they lack some of the more technical details that can be useful when working with the API.
