Footer misalignment using BS, FixedHeader 3.2.2 and DT 1.10.15

I have a page with DT 1.10.12 and added FixedHeader and it works great. You can see in this example the footer is aligned correctly:

If you change the DT version to 1.10.15 then the footer under the fixed columns becomes misaligned.

I'm afraid this was a bug. I've fixed it here and the nightly version lays it out correctly: http://live.datatables.net/meqeyoho/3/edit .

The border alignment still isn't perfect - but its better than it was. I'll look more into the border issue.
