Does fixedHeader has prerequisites? (fixedHeader not working)

I can't make fixedHeader to work with my table. Is it related to my css definitions?

Update: this question should be deleted, I assumed I'll be able to fix the header on the container-level, but I know see it is on the window level.

Thanks for posting back. You are correct - FixedHeader works only on the window level at the moment. I hope to add container level support in future.
