Pass table data to another

Im trying to make a table system where you have 2 tables, you click a row on the first table (let's call it food) and on the 2nd table it shows you the "ingredients" of that selected food item.

My problem is I cant seem to figure out how to connect both tables to be able to do this. Any help would be appreciated
