Enable inline for one column only

Hi,

Is there any easy way to enable inline editing for only one column?

I have about 7 columns and one of them is a status select dropdown, for which it should be possible to update very quickly/inline.

Yes - this example shows how it can be done.

You might also want to take a look at this example - it is for a checkbox, but you could extend it to work with select input elements as well, which might (or might not!) suit your use case.
