I attached two images where you can see returned data from Ajax request and how datatables drawing the data. Multiple duplicates. I could not sort it out. Any idea?

Maybe I'm missing what you are seeing. Take for example the first two rows in the table with the fist column displaying 18/012018 01:00. Is this the duplicate you are referring to?

I see the fist row in your returned data on line 2 and the second row on line 13. The table is sorted on that column.

Not sure I understand the issue.

My bad sir apologies . You opened my eyes, I just realized that it is the AM/PM issue, so I need to convert my time to 24 hour format. Refering to what you said is correct.
