Datatable column search input lose focus after search and draw - IE11 Issue

Attached is the debug data -
Whenever search is done and datatable is redrawn, it is losing focus from the search box, which are dynamically added. This is happening on IE only.

I tried to set focus manually inside the drawCallback, but it is not working. This happens only on IE.
