I am using datatable with several columns (>60) and we use fixed column, fixed header, server side lazy load features. Do we have any plugins available to enable the column resize given to user.

See this thread from earlier today.
I seriously doubt that the third party plug-in mentioned there will work with FixedColumns or FixedHeader though.
